“Just a little” includes a private childbirth education class, a 2 hour doula meeting when you are 30-37 weeks pregnant, creation of a birth wishes program for you to take with you, and then a 2 hour postpartum check-in visit in the first two weeks postpartum.

This support level is $450 for you and your partner.

You’re ready for in-person support during your labor, helping to empower you in your delivery and be in the moment.

“By my side” includes two 1.5-hour doula meetings when you are 30-37 weeks pregnant, in-person support during your labor at your birthing location, assistance in the first two hours postpartum, and then a 2-hour postpartum check-in visit in the first two weeks postpartum.

This support level is $1100 for you and your partner.

This one’s for you if you are ready to have the same support system before, during, and after delivery.

“Before, during, and after” includes a private childbirth education class, two 1.5-hour doula meetings when you are 30-37 weeks pregnant, creation of a birth wishes program for you to take with you, in-person support during your labor at your birthing location, a 2-hour postpartum check-in visit in the first two weeks postpartum. You also have the option of adding pelvic health PT, provided by a board-certified women’s health PT, in the comfort of your own home for during pregnancy, postpartum, or both.

This support level is $1500 for you and your partner.

Concierge pelvic PT visit additions are provided at a heavily discounted rate to you with this package. A packaged rate of x4 visits for $425 or x6 visits for $600, to be used in the pregnant or postpartum stages.
