This class has comprehensive material, including pregnancy health basics, pelvic and muscular anatomy, stretches to maximize pre-labor mobility, pelvic floor relaxation, physiology and stages of labor, pain management techniques, medical interventions, inductions, cesarean birth, support team recommendations, hands-on labor support technique training, pushing methods, newborn procedures, and the immediate postpartum phase. You will also receive a 30-minute video prior to the course to help understand anatomy in more bite-sized pieces. This interactive course will provide you and your support partner with the information needed to empower you for a successful delivery. Handouts are provided to help transition this information to real-life assistance.

Welcome to our most in-depth course! This course has three portions to help you feel the most empowered for your birth. The first two phases are 2 hour Zoom calls from 6-8pm on a Monday evening, followed by a 3 hour in-person course on a Monday evening from 6-9pm.

This childbirth education class dives deeper into the anatomy, the breathing, pain management options, labor positions, newborn techniques, and the immediate postpartum phase for Mom and baby.

This course is condensed to 3 hours and is provided in the comfort of your home on your schedule. This is great for those that desire the individualized aspect of education, who will be delivering soon, or who may not be able to attend the dates of the group course. This course will go over pelvic health basics, phases of labor, medical interventions, inductions, cesareans, pushing strategies, labor positions, and the immediate postpartum phase.

Available in the Oklahoma City, Mustang, Tuttle, and Edmond areas at this time.

Cost: $225

The short and sweet package is for those who are late in their pregnancy and would like a basic course on the stages of labor, positions to utilize during labor, medical interventions, and pain management techniques. This course is 1.5 hours and is provided via Zoom. You will be emailed handouts on positions and affirmations to utilize during your delivery.

Cost: $85

This is a joint effort to help you make your Birth Wishes prior to your delivery. This 45-60 minute Zoom meeting will review the basic medical interventions and pain management options prior to assisting you in selecting your birth wishes. You will then receive a personalized PDF in your email within 24 hours that has your birth wishes portrayed in a clear manner. It is recommended to print this to take this to your labor.

Cost: $49 as a stand alone service, $30 in addition to “Short and Sweet” package (this additional Zoom call is not included, just the birth wishes handout from the Short and Sweet call).

These services are offered to a few expecting parents each year. This includes two personalized meetings before delivery, virtual or hands-on support during your delivery (selected prior to expected delivery), and postpartum support up to 2 hours.
