Frequently Asked Questions

What makes you qualified to teach childbirth education classes?
I was trained by Birth Arts International and completed my certification in 2025. This certification process required 200+ hours of coursework, material creation, teaching a preliminary class, submitting several book summaries, and then taking a certification test. I also have information from MamasteFit, birth doula training from DONA, and my background as a Board-Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist Physical Therapist.
How often do you have childbirth education classes?
Private classes are offered most weekends, on your schedule and in your home. Each quarter, we will host a 3-part class with two virtual sessions and one in-person class to learn hands-on techniques. Single group childbirth classes will be offered on occasion in the OKC metro area.
Do you take insurance?
No. Insurances can dictate physical therapy, limiting your access or treatments. Cash pay services allows for individualized care, one-on-one focus, and no background insurance requirements that can affect your visit. You deserve quality care and quality pelvic health. Superbills can be provided upon request to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What about your Birth Doula services?
I offer Birth Doula services to a few clients per year due to working full-time and wanting to ensure that I can provide quality time to each client. It is a passion of mine to support a pregnant person along their whole journey, so if you would like comprehensive support from someone who is an expert in this realm, I would love to connect via a consultation!
What is the Mommy Wellness Class?
I am so excited to offer the Mommy Wellness class in Tuttle to offer community, generalized education, pelvic health awareness, and a safe place to exercise. Currently classes are only offered on Fridays!
