Bartlesville July Childbirth Education Class
Join us at Marigold’s Bookstore in Bartlesville, OK! Our first class will be offered on Sunday, July 27th, from 2-6pm. This class is 4 hours long and covers a breadth of subject material to improve your confidence in your birth (see ‘services available’ for more details). You will receive handouts to take home to help you during your delivery, including pushing positions, pregnancy stretches, birth wish creation, and more.
Drinks and small snacks will be available. This class does include a movement portion to learn comfort measures and positions, so wear something you are comfortable moving around in. This event is for you and your support partner! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one available.
